Our design intervention focuses on systems thinking approach towards problem solving and a design intervention where the community can participate with the interface of the health card .In developing countries, interpersonal modes of communication are considered trustworthy and trust in one’s community is great. Women seek health information from these resources in the absence of the health worker. We are proposing to identify centre of influence in a community and include them into the health card information channel by introducing contextual health information about the geographical location. Also, a lunar calendar may be also be a good idea to be included in the interface of the card as often events are remembered in relation to the calendar and a community page with lunar calender can make the card the centre of conversations among the community members.
